Refund policy

30-Day Guarantee. If your ShedSmart pet hair remover doesn't lift the hair, email tumaitchad@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price in full. Send your order number and tell us what went wrong (a photo helps). We reply within 2 business days. You don't need to ship the item back unless we ask.
Damaged or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund, shipping included.
Lost packages: if tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right. Refunds take 5–10 business days to show, depending on your bank.
